We finished our Roald Dahl study by reading the story "Royal Jelly." The story is linked below.
While reading, students kept a list of details related to beekeeping in their notebook that are mentioned in the story. If you missed class today, please do this for HW. Read the story and make a list of at least 5 specific details related to bees or beekeeping brought up or discussed in the story. LINK to ROYAL JELLY ROLLER COASTER PRESENTATIONS ARE DUE TOMORROW!
Remember that you are pitching your presentation "Shark Tank" style to convince Skyla and Jason to invest in your design. Students are wrapping up building their roller coasters this week. They are looking awesome! Please come out on Fall Family Night to check them out. I will be out of town for a conference on Thursday and Friday. Below are the things that we will be doing: THURSDAY: Students will finish roller coasters and set them up for Fall Family Night FRIDAY: For SciFi Friday, we will be reading our third story by Roald Dahl "Lamb to Slaughter" linked below.
